Pam's Place Counseling Center (PPCC) is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated (PART- TIME) In-Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and visitors
Answering phones and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments
Filing and maintaining client records
Processing payments and receipts
Assisting with general office duties
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and internet)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Experience in an office or customer service setting is preferred

Work Location: In-office only
