Affordable Therapy Evaluations for All Needs

ATTENTION: UPDATED ASI FEES – STATE OF MICHIGAN Driver License

Effective February 1, 2026, the following fees will apply for a regular ASI (Addiction Severity Index) required by the State of Michigan:

1-Hour ASI Service – $255
This service includes completing your portion of the ASI and the therapist completing their required portion.
2-Hour ASI Service – $310
The first hour is for the assessment.
The second hour is for assistance with completing the State of Michigan ASI form, reviewing it with you, and helping you submit the same form twice, as required.
